How so? I am sure this isn't the end of PunchBox's development..
I would surprised if one day there isn't a PunchBox 2 like so many of their other plugins.

The gui is small enough that I can't read the text easily, so would have appreciated a bigger or re-sizable interface. How difficult can it be?

How difficult? In general sometimes quite a lot - upgrading framework, reworking UI elements, re-done UI graphics etc... not that easy as far as I know (in general..)thecontrolcentre wrote: Mon Mar 18, 2024 10:15 pmThe gui is small enough that I can't read the text easily, so would have appreciated a bigger or re-sizable interface. But you surely noticed, that the recent updates to "V2" of Drumazon etc came with such features, so there will be for sure in PB 2 I guess...

I can imagine a case for that. If PB2 uses kick drum synths from their drum machines and then builds on top of it with additional samples and whatnot, that definitely makes the case for a release after the drum machine updates.

I don't think there is any news but i'm also excited for it. All the plugins with precise controls like kick 2 are nice but punchbox just gets me better sounding results faster.

It won't be a monster. Just better (and better than originally planned)....Igro wrote: Tue May 27, 2025 7:39 am Are they going to release a monster drum synth? It has been a while in the development already (v2).
Some new features need less time to fine-tune, others that were added are more in-depth or affect more of the concept, etc. It's hard to explain without giving too much away.
All I can say is, it's coming soon, really. Maybe not this summer, but definitely before fall. We would have loved to have it finished by the end of 2024, but as mentioned, because new features were added that offer more possibilities, etc., that takes time, and it's definitely worth the extra wait.
