Inserting a measure for all tracks in Studio One6 SOLVED!

I have 4 measures and I want to insert a measure between bar 3 and 4. I can't find a simple keyboard short cut for doing that like I can deleting a measure. I had it figured out once and it was without that the insert silence box that pops up asking for numbers.
Would sure appreciate some help.
For those having that question, for me it wasn't the "insert silence" it was the short cut "Insert silence in Loop."
