I got this idea, when I was checking my emails and someone was selling an "innovative clipper". I thought that clippers could not be innovative.

I tend to fixate on the term "high-quality" quite a lot.
It makes sense for everyone to claim that they're high-quality, but with all being high-quality, there's no high-quality, but average.
Not to mention that "high-quality art" can be highly subjective.

It's a bit of a loaded term. I mean, tanh is used in modelling ladder filters etc for saturation and that's pretty much a sigmoid waveshaper. Is that not a form of modelling? If not, what is the definition of analog modelling?
