Has anyone tried editing these in Falcon? Can you use the layers as oscillators in new patches? Would love to use these with different filters and more complex modulation.

Yeah, filters, fx and modulators work perfectly. If you want to add other oscillators you need to disable the 'script processor' at the Program level (so you won't be able to use the plugin's UI) - there may be a workaround but I couldn't find one.

well done uvi...this is how products should be introduced...before you get into features, workflow, comparisons, and a bunch of people talking and brandelizing ;...just give me sketches showing how they help execute musical ideas...let the sounds speak for themselves...

I'm afraid the answer is No to both questions.
You may have Synth Anthology 3 and Synth Anthology 4 installed side-by-side as two separate libraries (if you have enough disk space, of course).
