Their issue will get sorted out one way or the other, yes. You shouldnt attempt to place blame on a customer with so little reason or evidence to do so. A piece of software where some are creating symlinks, lol, just to get their own library content imported (which doesnt work either) isnt a piece of software for which should be confidently shifting blame.

Yes, it’s odd that no one else has reported this problem on any forms where Triaz is being discussed. I am happily importing and using samples (windows) and we are all using the same VST!

Oh, right. Hopefully you are their brand manager, and that is the reason you speak inappropriately and leap to conclusions that defend the brand from all wrongdoing.

You arent hearing me. I sent them a PRE SALES email asking about features, which they ignored. Then I took the leap and BOUGHT the plugin, and the same issue exists + there is no response. Now Im angry about that. Try, if you can, to spin that to be *my fault* somehow, and do it quickly before I ignore you.

Every time anyone brings up issues, these couple accounts try to shift the reason for the issue to always be about the customers. I was amicable to discussing the issues I found with the brand themselves, but they have consistently ignored my contact emails, since long before I had any issue to discuss with them. Im starting to think this is one of those investor-backed pump and dump things, lol.

Wow, you’re very cynical and suspicious ! have been on KVR for over 20 years and nothing to do with WA or anything related to the music or software industry…I am the MD of an engineering certification company in the UK, couldn’t be further removed! I just really l thought Triaz was excellent (still do) but other opinions may differ but as there is a fully functional demo, anyone can try before they buy to make sure it works for them

Im "cynical and suspicious", not you, because Ive noticed that you are on multiple forums promoting Triaz and arguing with anyone who has issues, trying to blame them? Oh ok, yes, this is clearly suspicious. You will be ignored now, and if I cant verify this issue with WA, I will be requesting a refund within a day or 2 before their refund window closes. If you wanted to defend this brand, this wasnt how you do it.

Milkman are you clicking the browser bar above the sample waveform to browse samples?

I've attached an image showing a Goldbaby folder under User Samples that I tried here ( haven't written much music recently so haven't set up Triaz fully yet )

This has 4 sub folders that you can see to the right side in blue text, with the samples to the right of that.
