This is the first of what I hope to be a series of posts, in which I share with my compliments to the MusicDevelopments user community, a library of phrase patterns to use in RapidComposer. The first collection consists of 4-bar bass patterns and 1- or 2-bar bass fills, all relative to the C Major scale, and imported into RapidComposer as chord-relative phrases. Many of these patterns have catchy rhythms and expressive note velocities.

I am not sure how long it will be before I drop the next collection of patterns to this thread, as the process of individually identifying/isolating each pattern is a bit tedious and time-consuming.

These phrases sound amazing with the included RCStrings soundfont.
For 4-bar phrases when used with multiple chords, you can enable the small 'lock' button on the phrase to have better voice leading.
