Tonal Balance Control = wrong info or is it correct in my example?

hi guys, i just checked a basstrack/song and checked my bass and saw that total balance control shows that this bass is jumping through the roof but my subwoofer is not struggling and it doesnt sound too heavy? so i wonder if this example might be showing that Tonal Balance Control might not be always showing good results?

even with the heavy low cut my bass is still tooooo heavy Tonal Balance Control shows.... strange?

The information displayed by TonalBalance Control is correct, as the file you provided as a sample for listening only contains low frequencies. Therefore, since it lacks any other frequencies, it indicates an imbalance with an excess of bass compared to the rest of the spectrum.
Remember that it's a guiding tool and not definitive, and you should generally analyze in it the part of your song/mix that contains the most frequency content and therefore the highest number of elements.

This. One instrument in isolation is always going to look 'wrong' in TBC, it's designed to give you a comparison of the balance of a complete track vs one of their reference targets.

Also, try switching to the 'Fine' view for more detail. If you are planning to do drone music, you can have TBC analyse a bunch of your own reference tracks to give you a custom curve that is closer to what you're aiming for (or any type of music, I'm just going with what's in the linked sample).
