Female "Party People!" shout with heavy wet FX

I've been going crazy this whole day. What is of a sample I heard the first time in a reupload of Tachin1994's Sparta Party Hard Mix (or referred to as Sparta Party Hard Base, as per old format), discovered that this sample has been used in a variety of other music tracks.

However, after going through all the possible vocals in every reFX Vengeance sample pack category, I could not find it there. A prequel sample of the same pack is, "Give me that bass!" but as a phrase and not a shout, but I'm mainly looking for the "Party People!" shout.

I am absolutely going crazy. I don't KNOW where it's from. I WANT to know so I could HAVE it.

I don't know why I didn't think of using Yandex search engine, but I found this following site, and like 2 others, that label this pack as "Techno Trance No. 2": https://pro-sound.org/playlist/173/

They even contain the "Give me the bass!" phrase, which is labelled as "Gimme Base A". What sample pack could this be from?
