It has too much break beat to be techno so I'll go with dance-electro (or is it electro-dance?).
The 303 riff is the most techno sounding of the track.
Not my taste BUTT, i like the mixing/mastering.

I don't know enough about genre's to see one way or other, but's definitely not snot. I enjoyed it.

It's rave in my book. Very nice rave with the breaks before everything split into jungle/techno etc

Aye it's quite ravey... nicely mixed, nothing stands out as being off! Nice bit of acid in their for sure. Those old skool stabs win it for me though... subtle but I love my old skool stab sounds.
