Is this techno rumble created with reverb, kick or something else?

It has one of the best created/mixed low end I've heard recently, and wonder if anyone has good ears enough to tell.

Hehe yeah hard to know 100%. But to me, defo sounds like a verb. Sounds too smeared not to be.
At the highpass at 0:28, there's a little bit of thump on the 8th, but I think that's from the offbeat bass.
