The one feature I would really like in this is a simple M/S width control or mono button for the wet signal path. A LOT of IRs sound way more interesting in mono. I know you can set that up in your DAW but it's so much more convenient to have it in the plugin, especially when using it for sound design and not tradition reverb on sends etc.

Why can't I load a second impulse from the browser without resetting the first?

Because the browser is a collection of presets, not IRs. So, if you click on a preset, you reset the whole state of the plugin. If you want to load the IR of one preset into a different slot, you can drag-and-drop from the file icon (last row in the browser) into the waveform preview of the slot you want.

This plugin is outstanding.

It's currently €29 in the vst buzz closing down sale https://vstbuzz.com/deals/55-off-fog-co ... udiothing/ . It is listed in the sale as the original fog convolver, but it showed up in my Audiothing account as 2.

I've been looking for an altiverb alternative for a while with images linked to the IRs, which is surprisingly useful when browsing. Well here it is, and a trillion more tricks besides. An amazing collection of the weird and wonderful.

This plug is way more creative and fun than I thought it would be. I love it.

I have a question regarding using my own samples in Fog Convolver. Does the audio file that I use as IR need to be seamless with integrated loop points? I often hear clicks or pops when I use my own WAV files.

And how can I fine-tune the EQ parameters? I can see the frequency band points that I can drag across the display, but I don't see any option to adjust the Q-factor or bandwidth to narrow or widen individual bands.
Its over for Bitwig--CUBASE WON !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fog doesn't read loop points, it wouldn't make much sense for an IR to have loop points. If you hear clicks and pops you might need to lower the gain of the IR. Send us an example so we can understand what you are trying to do.

You can also use your mouse scroll wheel to adjust the EQ.
