Hello everyone!

I bought a couple of months ago a second hand V Collection over here at KVR forums.

About a week ago, the license disappeared and the plug-ins are not activated anymore. What can I do in this scenario? :(

I tried to contact support at arturia.com but I got no response.

Oficial way with unlock code, I even had an e-mail from Arturia saying that the product was successfully registered :neutral:

Most likely the license owner restored his lost license, and you were sold someone else's license. This is a 100% scam. They deactivated the license from someone else's account and gave it to you. Tell me who sold it to you?

Nevermind.. Saw that this was a Old issue from May 2024 so i think the buyers issue is fixed since he went silent :)

I received a refund from PayPal, and Arturia provided an NFR license to resolve the issue. The seller admitted to obtaining the license very cheaply and then reselling it. :dog:

I still find it weird that the Seller Bought it at a cheap price and yet it wasn't removed from that account and could be re-sold.

There is something fishy about that explanation from the seller.
Did the seller pay you back or did Paypal have to do it by force?

Hi I have got a simmilar scam. And the claim escalated from dispute has risen the seller's hand.
Could you say more about how you got refund in favor to help in my case?
And I am thinking of using the link of this post to appeal for my paypal scam case.
