It's not 12 noon even here on the west coast, Apple typically don't roll out updates at the beginning of the day they say they will. At least in my anecdotal observations.

So, 97% of the world’s population lives in and east of EDT time zone(NYC, Toronto), yet Apple will be making the update available at a reasonable time for those who live on the west coast of USA.
I just want to see the release notes today anyways…

I don’t have it yet. Is mixer resizable can you rearrange mixer channels? Does it sound better more analogue and does it alias less?

Same slow audio engine
Same clunky non working browser
Still no Ara2
Chord Track only for New Session Players
No any type of search for plugins, tracks etc.
No Automation Shapes..etc etc

Free but I would not pay for this anyway. I feel like it is time to part ways with Logic looking at what Apple prioritise.

I’ve just figured that I am not the Logic devs target audience, ha. Tough. I mean I have to say the improvements upon external hardware handling sound yummy, but this as a major upgrade after more than 10 years… I would rather them charge for it, but do it properly. What’s all this session player fisher price AI generated stupid hipster bullsh*t. I was really hoping they would rewrite it for an 11 upgrade and sort audio engine.

They made a a tamagotchi. Wonder if the AI is so advanced you will be able to feed your session players in the next .1 update. Waddever

I was actually wondering the other day what the most anti-AI DAWs are so far. I think it’s Pro Tools, Cubase from the ones I use, otherwise, probably Reaper

It is 31.7% more analog than 10.8, and now only aliases on every other track, odd numbered ones on weekdays, and even numbered ones on weekends.

i quit s1 for logic a little over a year ago bc i believed the future of logic was bright... gosh was i wrong. after i complete the song im working on im gone. s1 can crash on me it recovers my work pretty well and does everything i need. gg. i may try ableton one more time but I can never get into it. im disappointed af. no improved waveforms, automation shapes, track lists, browser improvements at all, grid shines through regions in arranger, we still cant even move dang mixer channels around, no splitter effect, no ara fix or flex pitch made good with a vocalalign.
