serious overs problem on cubase with samper

So hii all im Roy
and ths is my prblem
my pc is p4 1700 256 rdram
my Cubase 2.2.0.35 all the time get to over
i dont know why
and dont talk if i insert a sampler
in my problem
"Kontakt"
i cant even edit my track
why all this haapend enyone can plz help me ?
