..through the guitar pickup, it seems.
At least it is quiet when the guitar is off.
Not really a problem, I don't handle mouse and guitar at the same time, duh, but what is that about?

Could be RFI (radio frequency interference) picked up from the computer.
Things need to be properly shielded if you want to get rid of it, or add ferrite beads to your leads.
Humbuckers instead of single-coil pickups help as well.

You can also try to limit the GPU max frame rate and/or the mouse polling rate to the default 125Hz.
