Amplesound is a scam and steals money without providing products

I spent $480.00 on Amplesound instruments and have not received any products. I have been ignored for 3 days as their support email clearly does not work. What do I need to do to either receive the products, or get a refund?

Let us know what happens...
C/R, dongles & other intrusive copy protection equals less-control & more-hassle for consumers. Company gone-can’t authorize. Limit to # of auths. Instability-ie PACE. Forced internet auths. THE HONEST ARE HASSLED, NOT THE PIRATES.
