Cubase piano roll fail

I didn't use cubase for a long long time, because I mainly hated its piano roll (fl studio and pro tools have much better piano roll), but decided to give it another chance.
I cant understand this weird behavior: I record first take with drums vst only the kick and snare drums part, then I overdub more cymbals and percussion but for some odd reason it is not visible in the midi editor.
This is so frustrating, wtf is this behavior and how can I fix it?
All different drum midis exist and I can hear the full drum parts and they are visible in the main window, but when I enter the midi editor, only the latest recorded take is available.
Wtf?

it seems that I can drag it down and see 2 different midi parts: one of the first take and the second one of the different take.
HOW THE f**k CAN I MAKE IT RECORD OVERDUB IN SAME MIDI CLIP LIKE ANY NORMAL DAW??
WHATS THIS SHIT?

Never read a manual for fl studio or pro tools and never had this problem.
If you don't have an answer how to solve this issue, you are quite useless for this topic.

If you read the f u c k i n g manual, maybe you’d learn about the f u c k i n g features of the daw and how to operate it instead. Otherwise it’s a f u c k i n g waste of money.

This is the v9 doc (I’m on my phone and I can’t properly search… but it doesn’t matter for these features). Recording modes. And while you’re at it, maybe look at the takes feature.

And by the way, this is a forum, not a f u c k i n g help desk. Replying to a f u c k i n g thread after just two minutes, screaming (turn caps lock off, please), saying a professional software is a shit and adding an image called “cubase sucks” (by quoting the message shows the name of the attachment…) doesn’t gel well with most people. Nevermind calling someone “useless” for a deserved rtfm.

“Read the f u c k i n g manual” is the proper answer. If you don’t dare to search, at least follow the link to the chapter in this message (I’m still trying to be f u c k i n g constructive…)

The issue is your laziness and spoonfed behaviour
