Sounds like a plain saw wave/lp filter with vel to filter freq (or manual mod) played on 1/16ths

Apart from the sound design aspect, try swing/triplets for the 'rolling' feel.

The 'roll' effect comes from note glide It's also called 'Portamento' on some synths. If you play quick notes like in your example you want the glide effect to have very fast values, otherwise it won't be audible until the next note comes in.
