Looking for Help; Like-minded pop-RnB Composers, Arrangers, Producers

Hello. I'm a singer, songwriter, musician, and producer. I'm currently creating my first album, staying in the styles of pop and RnB. While I'm creating the majority of my music, lately I feel that I need some ideas and guidance from others. I'm not the best with certain aspects of music production, like layering things to achieve certain sounds, using sound FX in effective ways, and designing sounds. The most I do with sound design is modify synths and beatbox my own drum sounds and/or create some sound FX with my voice or other creative elements that I may find and record in my studio.

Right now, I have a song that I feel needs a similar style to a lovely tune called "Beautiful Girl", a demo by Michael Jackson. Here is the song:



I hear a lot of interesting sound FX and drum/percussive ideas that I'd like to use as inspiration for a record I'm currently working on. But.. if I'm being honest, I feel that I will need to collaborate with someone to help me fill in the production and identify and/or create better sounds to use for it. The vocal and writing are ready... It's the production and sound choices that need some sculpting. If anyone would be able to chat sometimes and/or help I'd so appreciate it. Just a guy looking for new musical relationships and trying to learn more.
