Arturia FX Collection 5

With so many exciters and limiters im overexcited already so this bundle limits my intention to upgrade for 99 usd.

Seriously id prefer if there would be more ai or intelligent stuff like Bloom, just from arturia, something creative maybe

I only owned Pigments, managed to get FX Collection 5 for €99. Pretty happy to get all these good plugins.

I think that the ugprade is even free for many users and they can even earn from it judging from the amount of FX 4 licenses for sale I've seen over the last day in the buy & sale thread. people upgrade from FX4 to FX5 and then sell their FX4 license for more than 49$.

You can't sell an earlier license that's been used for upgrading.

I know for sure that in the past (say, up until 2 years ago or so) it was possible and many people did it. People just un-registered the license thru the web site (without contacting support) and sold it even though it wasn't according to Arturia formal policy.

Not sure if it's not possible anymore, I find it hard to believe that I suddenly see so many FX4 licenses for sell starting immediately after FX5 was released.

This guy is even selling FX2, FX3 AND FX4: viewtopic.php?t=606559, how can it be done if one can't sell a license which was used for upgrade?

At least with V Collection my earlier V4 one is now marked "Crossgrade / Cannot be sold separately" as it's been used to upgrade to V8.

it is a crossgrade. if can also buy it as an upgrade, in that case they are tight together i assume.

a V Collection you can also crossgrade, at they stay seperated. i own V Collection 9 and X (and 4, 6 and 8...), i can sell them seperately (yes, 9 with 6 + 8, collection 4 was alway seperate, for me...).

i sold everytime a new FX Collection came, the previous one (+standalone plugins...).

it says indeed Crossgrade, when it is an Upgrade....

but you can buy V Collection as a Crossgrade (when in Account, not under Products)

so do it via Account...

Motions
Bus Exciter
Bus Peak
Coldfire
Rotary CLS-222

Not a bad deal in itself. But if they were all on sale for 20 euros each I'd only buy Coldfire. Looks like I'll be sticking with FX Collection 3.

This is what I thought and it makes the upgrade pretty much free if you do it.

Well, to be fair I also own ColdFire and the Winter freebie, so the Upgrade doesnt really make any sense for me now. Its how it always worked with Arturia, some get lucky and others not so much.
