[Edit] I just installed the synth on MacOS and the same problem occurs with Ableton Live 11
Have you tried the vst2 ? There's a message about vts3 being broken

I keep wondering if changing the virtual memory or memory settings would help play those. It is tempting to be able to use all those csound stuff and have some software to make some effect vsts.. right now I have all those plugins set to the side in my organization software

That could be an interesting idea. I'm not versed on the software programming side, though (I've never been unfortunately)

If it is different on different platforms I would try looking at the version number of cabbage... Otherwise I would have no clue maybe they did linux at a different version number for an opcode than they did windows.. To me it doesn't look like the warnings have anything to do with that error but I could be wrong.. They do have a help board with csound and cabbage where they are much more expierenced with it.

Yes, ToneZ V1 already had an OSC round - a lot has changed for the better since then, but not CPU usage) In that round, I had to freeze almost all the tracks. This is especially bad for long release sounds, there is no restriction of polyphony with forced disabling of old notes. The filters are specific, but they can produce non-standard creative effects; I also noticed that LFO1 has a max range of 1/256, and LFO2 1/32, unfortunately without slow modes. Traditionally for OSC, I can advise you not to fight with each synthesizer for familiar sounds, but to explore what each of them is strong at!) However, this is also the way.

I want to tell you and everyone interested that the main life of OSC, chatter and discussions take place in Discord, I will leave a link here.

Hi guys. Anybody experiencing ToneZ not keeping settings? I use Cakewalk and whenever I re-open my project, all synth settings are gone and it's completely silent.

Edit: It looks that the VST2 version works fine, so I will be using it instead.

Hi, Cakewalk on Windows 7 here, using VST3. No, my project opens with the patch I saved it with last time, and everything works. The only thing I can think of, if it's the same for you, is to make sure that the path to the folder leads to where you save your patches. The standard way is: [C:\ProgramData\Retornz\ToneZ_V2\factorypresets ]. In the "ToneZ_V2" folder, I created the "User Presets" folder and, by clicking on the "Folder" button in the synthesizer, changed the path to this folder, where I save all my patches. I hope you save your patches in the synthesizer, just in case?

ctrl + moving on bitwig to make a duplicate copy doesn't copy the settings so yeah there's something strange going on there. using the vst2 version.

make sure to save your patches ppl.

Aaand, here's my entry:
https://soundcloud.com/user-810475948/r ... vr-osc-184

It came from a series of silly (if not downright stupid) melodies spinning 'round in my brain for quite a while: so, it's basically a little of a joke song that could suit a hypothetical new Worms war game very well. Warning: you may laugh your bum off while listening to it.

Hi guys. Here's my submission for this round. It's just a simple track because my experience with the synth was quite frustrating and I just don't want to spend any more time with it...

Made in Cakewalk. 7 instances of ToneZ. epicVerb, OTT and W1 Limiter as the external FX on top of some DAW ones.
