Customer service is shocking. Waiting nearly a week for them to reply to a request to fix a code redemption for their new VocAlign 6 standard which until they fix the problem, I cannot use. Not a happy chappie! Absolutely no way to treat loyal customers. Doubt I will buy anything from them again. So, potential buyers beware.

It's honestly been a shitshow with this rollout of the Upgrade.
Their IG and FB comments on both their ads and posts have been flooded with complaints.
There's a whole thread on GearSpace going in on the situation.
The laundry list of complaints (that I know of):
I've actively been on their case hoping for some change and for them to address the situation publicly.

This discount is a move in the right direction, I just feel a little weird about their approach, only giving it to those who make enough noise/complain to them directly rather than rolling it out to everyone but hopefully, this gets changed shortly.

The only way to get their attention seems to be by posting complaints on their socials and then DMing them on IG. Even then, whoever is handling their socials is not equipped to do this in a way that brings confidence to users. The team handling this whole rollout are quite frankly doing a shit job.
Again, I hope this changes so I can eat my words but the longer this goes on the less confident I feel about this happening.

The laundry list of complaints (that I know of):
- Support requests going weeks/months unanswered
- The terrible upgrade pricing for owners of VocAlign Ultra (which suddenly got sunset) and owners of Revoice, shit even people with almost all their product line.
- The new features being things that were promised in the previous versions and things that just needed to be fixes in the first place.
- The generic cookie-cutter templated responses to complaints.
- Them silently getting rid of iLok in place for a different authentication method which requires your studio computer to be online every few days to phone home.
- Users mentioning that Synchro Arts/LANDR are deleting comments with complaints on their YouTube videos
- Seeing IG comments on their influencer promos that are complaints slowly being marked as spam so that they're hidden
- Trying to drown the noise of complaints by getting more paid promotion by influencers hyping up VocAlign.
