Cool examples.
You seems to like very cinematic, classic sounds, have you tried Legend HZ ? I am not much into this area but I would think it kicks some serious ass at this game.
Cool examples.

i know there are many Synth vs. Synth and whos better type of threads. However if you ONLY hear for the pur capability/sound of a Synths Oscillator/Sound Quality without looking at features what would the top ten look like?

I’ve heard a lot about it, but I use Linux, and I only buy apps that use a serial number copy protection and don’t call home or tie themselves to something (like hardware). So, my choices are more limited. But that’s fine for the genres of music I do—Dream pop, shoegaze, noisepop, triphop, indie, ethereal, etc, etc. In most of these genres, effects are at least as important as the sounds.
I do appreciate the suggestion, however!![]()
Just noticed that Fabfilter says they plan on adding MPE to Twin 3 in a 3.1 update. No date announced though.Jac459 wrote: Sun Jun 23, 2024 3:34 pm

Yes, a preset by bmanic if I am not wrong, active member of this forum.Ou_Tis wrote: Sun Jun 23, 2024 5:36 pmJust noticed that Fabfilter says they plan on adding MPE to Twin 3 in a 3.1 update. No date announced though.Jac459 wrote: Sun Jun 23, 2024 3:34 pm

I'm surprised that Equipboard still doesn't list any artists as using Twin 3---off the top of my head Finneas and Billie Eilish used it on her last album:
"The FabFilter synth preset that inspired the name of Billie Eilish’s Hit Me Hard and Soft was used on one of its songs, and we’re pretty sure we know which one"

I see Equipboard does list 18 artists for Twin 2 though. Including Finneas but not Billie Eilish.Ou_Tis wrote: Sun Jun 23, 2024 5:36 pm I'm surprised that Equipboard still doesn't list any artists as using Twin 3---off the top of my head Finneas and Billie Eilish used it on her last album:
Yes, I do believe Fabfilter products might work. What does Twin3 offer over U-he products though? I plan to get Zebra3 when it comes out.Jac459 wrote: Sun Jun 23, 2024 3:34 pmYou still have fabfilter then no? Twin 3 is a very particular synth. It has a ton of crazy features that you don't expect and also some limitations that frustrated a few people.audiojunkie wrote: Mon Jun 24, 2024 12:44 amYes, I do believe Fabfilter products might work. Zebra 3 will be a new synth--not backwards compatible. Zebralette, too.Nicolau wrote: Mon Jun 24, 2024 1:32 am I think U-he etc. should make new synths instead of version 2 or 3 of the same synth that has been around for a decade or more.
Indeed.
So, why not call it Camelion or whatever?
It should be called Okapi then, not Zebra
