Plugin to remove click/noise from analogue synth track?

Hi all,
Recorded some tracks with 1981 Suzuki Omnichord, but had some reverb on it and getting click/noise in the recorded tracks, is there a plugin that can analyze and then remove the clicks/noises?

I use Reaper as my DAW, and tried the following:
ReaFir - to remove certain frequencies - seems to mute the track entirely
Izotope RX de-click - very minorly improves the click instances but overall don't like the effect it has on the synth sound
Izotope RX de-noise - - very minorly improves the click instances but overall don't like the effect it has on the synth sound

Thinking to use volume automate envelope to manually cut the offending clicks/noises

Please take a listen to the sample of the track and let me know any solutions, thanks!

You might try the de-esser trick like this
- use a gate plugin to record the offending clicks over to another track
- then shift phase on that new track and sum again to a bus with original
- dial in the level where it works the best to cancel

Cancel out some of it this way where a cut would not work.

thanks sorry for delayed response haven't logged in in a while, I manually split the track and removed the click instances, here's the finished product:

I use Audacity to do this. It worked wonders for all my traumatized vinyl singles.
