Looking For Apogee FX Rack Installer

Does anyone the last Apogee FX Rack installer for Intel mac Mojave??
I downloaded the FX plugin themselves from the Apogee site, but ridiculously
it doesn't include the FX Rack. Their "support" claims there is no FX Rack Installer.
Instead they suggest that I download the drivers installer for The Apogee Elements interface.
I have never used an Elements interface. I bought the full bundle of Apogee FX and it came with
the FX rack. It's crazy that they don't have a legacy installer that includes the FX Rack.
So if anyone has it, I would greatly appreciate your kind assistance which I could not get from Apogee themselves. Thanks.

If you don't use an Apogee interface with DSP functionality then why you need the FX Rack installer?

The FX Rack acts as a shell for for all the Apogee plugs to be chained. Not unlike Soundtoys Effects Rack.

Same question, I'm yet to find an updated Apple Silicon native version of the Apogee FX Rack. The installer is nowhere to be found, except for 1.0 which is old and doesn't validate in Logic.

All the plugins themselves from the Apogee FX Bundle work great (apart from the EQ Analyser being super sluggish). I just want to use the Rack.

I've tried all of the links - the versions are not M1 native.
