I already got XV-5080 and D-50 for life from their Play4Life promotion from 3 years ago.
Now which 2 other synths or Zenology expansion would be good to get ? Preferably that other VSTi out there don't emulate or don't emulate as good as Roland does ?
I was considering JD-800 but I like only for the Electic Pianos there.
I got Juno preset bank for Tyrell, is there anything better that Roland Juno does better than Tyrell ?
I would get JX-8P for final countdown type of brass. Or some other synth, maybe Jupiter, for Vah Halen "Jump" type of sounds.
Synths that I got now:
Omnisphere,
TyrellN6,
Serum,
Sonic Academy ANA2,
Retrologue ( Cubase stock synth ) ,
Spire,
DEXED,
Arturia CS-80,
Complete Korg Bundle,
NI Massive,
NI Massive X,
NI Super 8,
UAD PolyMax,
Reason 12,
XV-5080,
D-50,
Synth1.
Few free ones.

The JD-800 is pretty cool. I created some free presets for it here:

System-8 is excellent. IMO, it's the best Roland Cloud synth for sound design. Wraps tons of functionality/capabilities in a super logical layout.

System-8 would indeed be a good choice. 808+909 maybe another. The Jupiter-4 and or Pro-Mars are worth a look. The filter on the Pro Mars has a chunky resonance that is cool.

So I decided to get Zenology, but it's not included in "play 4 life" , I like that it contains JX8P, lots of "Fantasia" type of patches and EPs from XV/ XP romplers.
So I won't be getting "play 4 life" at the moment.
