All of my folders are showing "scanning audio 0.0%" even after refreshing. However, it seems like everything is working fine.

Hello, I've been reading the thread and I think I'm going to jump with rando, just one question, for me it's important to be able to tag my apple loops (I must have 70,000 tagged). Does it work well rando with them? I have seen that someone had problems in one of the comments. thank you!

Hi, we do scan apple loops, next month we will also incorporate them fully by extracting all information that they have inside (tempo, key, other information etc).

BTW: today we will drop 1.3!! And it is awesome if I say so myself!

Awesome update, thanks! What are the chances we'll see changes to the sequencer at some point? To be honest, its not something I enjoy working with at all in its current form which is fine, I just avoid that aspect of the app. Now, if it had a traditional piano roll polyphonic style sequencer.....I'd be using the hell out of that. It'd make it a really useful standalone programme to generate random ideas, for me at least.

Anyone know how to force the 'special' button under the sample locations to see your daw sample locations? I have Ableton and Logic and when I click on the 'special' button to search for these, it doesn't do anything.
I have sent 2 forms on the Monkey C audio website and also sent an email, but havent received a reply to any at the moment.

Hi, we have been working on a fix for this which is being released tomorrow as part of another nice update!

Sorry for the slower reply, I was a week in Spain after the huge 1.3.0 update.

Special is hardcoded to the default locations for DAWs, if you have moved these then just use locations to point to the place where those samples are!

Have to say I am late to this, initially thinking it was a gimmick. Not at all!!! Really clever idea with lots of smart workflow. Using it all the time, how many of us have masses of samples in folders that we have forgotten about. Best purchase this year for me.

New Rando update released today with many new features.

New features include Global effects, one click drag and drop, Normalising, note drop into the sequencer, scale quantisations, loop retiming, auto start.

This plugin is going from strength to strength.
