I find myself quite amused by the notion of this 'instant ambient' device. Maybe very tacky cliched for some, comment below like its youtube or summat, but I kinda like that on the 'because ironic' angle. Also genuinely think it might be fun as a 'couch noodling' type thing, and some judicious effects could make it quite useful/interesting, for a beginner, or part of a small desktop or portable setup. Maybe alongside the upcoming stylophone drone synth, or similar. Unless you're grossly offended by the notion, of course, though that kinda makes it more amusing to me.
Not volca cheap, but cheap.
Ive got their TextureLab granular synth and quite like it.

It looks great. I'd sure grab one.

That's the point, to look pretty and small, forget the usefulness.

It looks exactly as pretty as almost all their other products.

So the same as eg Texturelab, which, as one of the few polyphonic granular hardware synths out there, I definitely think is pretty useful.

I am not an Ambient person, but know a lot, and every single one of them is wanting to get this, I think this is definitely going to be a big winner for them.
