It's hard to tell, not enough of it there. Maybe try using your phone to identify it. It reminds me of Kiss from a rose by Seal since its got some similar progression. I cant identify it so far though.

I've listened a couple of times and it's not clear. I dont think it's Kiss From A Rose though. That melody sounds so familiar though. (It reminds of the Hill Street Blues theme song.)

I tried playing from 1:09 a few times, but I will try what you said and see if it makes a difference. Meanwhile, I sent an email to UVI. I hope they can answer it without much effort.
