Compression on a track, then limiter, clippers and the noise floor can get high quite fast. Don't tell me that you didn't know that. Or you didn't?

I like noise music.

Most people here don't know and don't care because they can't hear it anyway thanks to hearing damage (which can easily be proven with compander tests). They're not professional musicians or audio engineers, just hobbyists.

I'm so glad that I am too -- being a professional sounds absolutely miserable.

Starting with Kilohearts... Bunch of ignorant amateurs... Don't know anything about synths and effects... That is why they took that decision to not have 64bits float.
And that is exactly why their products are so poorly regarded by the market and professionals...

Bunch of amateurs.

The way you imagine how "professional musicians" and "engineers" work is cute. But your fantasy about these professions have no ground in reality. This is not how any of these works.

For 'pros', man you got A LOT of free time on your hands to whine on forums and do redundant null tests over and over.

Maybe the clients got tired of listening to the BS and stopped calling? Maybe its Maybelline?

Look, it's fine if you care about this noise floor issue. But if you need to make your point by resorting to elitism, maybe your point isn't as iron clad as you think. It's the no true Scotsman fallacy, only the professional musician can hear the noise and only the professional musicians opinion matters.

In truth, the overwhelming majority of people who use audio plugins are not professional musicians or audio engineers. And again, I would ask if you truly believe that Kilohearts plugins haven't been used successfully by professionals.

Is there an offline installer for full offline installation and authorization of all Kilohearts products?

Post

EDIT: Found this answer on Kilohearts website:
Can I install on an offline computer?

Offline Installer Windows
Offline Installer Mac

Yes! But you'll have download the special offline installer above. It comes bundled with all the data that might be needed, so it's a much bigger download. Once you got it, move to the offline computer via a USB drive or something.

The offline installer works much like the regular one, except you will be required to paste your lincese keys for each product. On the "Enter Licenses" tab of the installer there is a text-field where you can paste multiple keys at once. It will recognize license keys from other text so you can basically copy-paste the entire license email you got in there, and it will find all your licenses.
Beautiful.

I just wish they also had a separate offline installer for their (currently 33) free plug-ins (snapins), that was much smaller than 3GB.
