@danatkorg ARP 2600 is really great addition to the collection. Please tell me that KORG is going to bring it to perfection by releasing commemorative USB-MIDI-controller of ARP 2600 in the manner of MS-20ic. Manufacturing lines for 2600M already exist and KORG (Legacy) Collection has been around 20 years, so please make it happen.

99 dollars is already "cheap" and a bargain for Collection 4 upgraders for three brand new instruments. I don't know what else to say? The only reason I am not upgrading is that I don't need any of them.

tbh I only really wanted the ARP but the 2 keyboards are OK - the EP covers a lot of different models and is certainly better than the Arturia equivalents (especially the Wurlis), the Organ isn't as good though
All these instruments use a new set of FX that I hope will make their way into an improved MDEx

Same thing here , Found the licence on my computer, deleted everything and re installed everything so i can regenerate the licence but problem persist.indigo76 wrote: Sat Jul 20, 2024 8:31 amSame here. I did some digging and found 9 licenses in <User>/Application Support /KORG/Collection/CP/licenses.txt which corresponds to the 9 licenses listed in Korg Software Pass under "Registered Products", including the ARP 2600 (I also have some other collection stuff plus wavestate native and opsix native).sovietpop wrote: Sat Jul 20, 2024 1:04 am I have bought it but i cant use it . I used the software pass, registered a new product with my code , and there is always that pop up who ask for authorization , i press : "activate" and "verify" but it says : no licence found.
So all the licenses seem to be present in the license file. I also clicked "Refresh" to let KSP rebuild it. But the problem persists.
Could it be that I have been issued a faulty license since the ARP 2600 software does not seem to recognise/accept it?

I am on both mac and windows.suthnear wrote: Sat Jul 20, 2024 1:09 pm Same problem: licence not found. KSP shows correct registration. I'm on mac - any of you on windows?
At some point yesterday I did what I had done several times before, open Korg Software Pass and the Standalone Arp 2600, EP-1 and Vox, and it stopped showing Demo and it was the Full licensed version on both mac and pc...Didn't do anything different than the previous 10+ or so times before when it continued to show DEMO.

Same problem here. It's registered in Korg Software Pass but I can't get the license to actually activate the plugin. Just get the license not found error. I suspect that even though it's registered, there's another "phone home" come activation of the plugin time, and perhaps that's still failing due to the crowdstrike issue. Bummer. But I can wait a few days or whatever.sovietpop wrote: Sat Jul 20, 2024 12:43 pmSame thing here , Found the licence on my computer, deleted everything and re installed everything so i can regenerate the licence but problem persist.indigo76 wrote: Sat Jul 20, 2024 8:31 amSame here. Some nice touches I'm finding - love the way the signal flow is made visualised in the cables, and support for poly aftertouch is very welcome

Regarding CPU: I'm finding that these new ones aren't using a lot of resources really, however, Windows Defender is sapping a lot when using them. So I wonder if Windows are seeing them as an untrusted unknown still?

I’m not working on it because I’m pretty sure Freelance will do this as they have Korg covered - probably won’t be long

That's a good observation. I'm noticing when using the 2600 in Ableton very high CPU usage (37%) but if I use it in standalone I use up to 3% tops.BBFG# wrote: Sat Jul 20, 2024 6:33 pm Regarding CPU: I'm finding that these new ones aren't using a lot of resources really, however, Windows Defender is sapping a lot when using them.
