I have been starting to use my Roland A-800 Pro more often now and can't figure out why MIDI learn doesn't work with plugins.
The pitch bend/mod stick/wheel works and I can play notes, but nothing happens when I right-click a control such as cutoff and try assign it to a knob or slider.
Every other MIDI keyboard I had worked easily with the learn function of plugins, but not this one. Is there a trick to using it with this keyboard?
It shouldn't be a control map thing, since AFAIK those are more for the DAW's controls and not plugins.
I'm using a regular USB cable connected to a Windows 11 PC.

If you select control map 18 Generic MIDI Controller on your Roland A-800PRO then does it work?

It's funny as I JUST tried that and went back here on KVR, and then saw you mentioned the same thing I had just stumbled on. It works now.
Thanks!
