Seconding Permut8. Also Echobode if you don’t own a license.

Blue Cat Late Replies; host other plugins in the feedback loop.

VCV-Rack Pro with Host add-on module set. BYO effects unit with modules and other plugins. Allows feedback loops.

For those interested in a vintage vibe, Nomad Factory should not be overlooked. Their complete (more or less) bundle, Integral Studio Pack, is frequently available for a ridiculously low price (around 2 bucks per effect if I recall). While currently most of the effects in that bundle are quite old (VST 2, non-resizable UIs), they are in the process of releasing updates that address those deficiencies and in some cases add other new functionality. It took a very long time for the first upgrade to arrive, but they seem to have hit their stride and we're seeing new versions coming at a gratifying clip.

This.

I highly doubt I have enough lifetime left to explore that monster in at least 30% level of what it's capable.

You wont' be disappointed with Eventide, reverb, phaser, and many other are great.

Soundtoys I barely used it. UI is small and outdated. There is way better offer out there
Decapitator deosn't have oversampling in 2024 !!!

Relab 480. I loved it, super lush 80 digital reverb way better than the 224.
U-he Color Copy. A great BBD mono/stereo delay.
LiquidSonic SeventhHeaven for realistic room

Dawesome Love is great for ambient
DS Audio TANTRA 2 for movement
UVI Shade and MorphEQ advance EQ/filtre for movement
Infiltrator 2 a power house effect with sequencer

Bjt2 Crescendo - if you are not scared of scripting your own plugin.

Plogue Bidule - if you want a vast modular plugin host that works either as a VST/CLAP plugin itself or a standalone application. Supports feedback loops.

SurgeXT (filter section) - if you want a big collection of some of the best sounding freeware filters.

VCV Rack - if you are brave enough to enter the endless pit of Eurorack-like modular goodness. The standalone application is open source freeware, but for VST functionality you need either VCV Rack Pro (paid) or Cardinal (free). I recommend buying VCV Host module, so that it's possible to host Sonobus and route audio between VCV Rack free and your DAW.

Learn your way around Reaktor. You already have it and it can do pretty much any effect you want. There's a free VCV rack version called cardinal that will run as a plugin. Give it a try. It's great fun for synthesis and processing.

If you don’t feel like getting your hands dirty in Reaktor, there are a ton of great effects and instruments in the user library, and you can buy Molekular, which is really fun and interesting.

I also encourage people to spend the money on the full VCV Pro plugin, which includes a lot of great modules, and encourages more development. I’ve oddly not used it as an audio processor, but I probably should.

You really should run some stuff through VCV rack. It's super fun for processing and handles feedback well (which is right up my alley) unlike many modular plugins. It's definitely worth supporting but when I first checked it out, cardinal was the only way to demo it as a plug-in.

Check out PSP plugins.
Sometimes they work great on a track
or mix, sometimes they are not the best choice

A ringing endorsement, for sure.

Check out Kilohearts' Gain plugin. A "must have" in my humble opinion-- makes relative track volume automation easy if you don't want to use a VCA fader or whatever in S1 or Cubase. (Irrelevant if you're using REAPER-- you can tell I barely read the original post.)
