Still no joy here :sadface:. Dialog says "License not found" after several tries today.

Yep, that's been my experience too.

Also having issues with a few other sites like IK's tone.net which has been very spotty all weekend. Thanks Crowdstrike and Microsoft! Keeping the internet safe from hackers by ensuring big chunks of it don't work at all.

Cool to see that the Arp has audio input. A rare thing nowadays. Korg doesn't have to worry about cannibalising its FX sales because they only do instruments, excluding the mde-x and the Kaoss pad.

Same here....

No,i guess its because of CrowdStrike and i'm fine waiting a little but it make me worried a little in the future, damn copy protection that can render a plugin useless if something goes wrong somewhere...

I was able to activate my licenses via the offline method, and haven't seen any message saying it hasn't activated on the 2600.

What's the offline method? The license is active in Korg Software Pass. But the plugin itself is supposed to read the license.txt file that gets created in users\[user name]\app data\roaming\Korg\Collections\CP\ and it doesn't. It says no license found. But only for that one plugin.

On my Mac, I never installed any of the Korg plugins, set them up for the first time, and all ran without issue EXCEPT for the Arp 2600 which fails to authorize with the same message.

If I had to guess...maybe they sent out some invalid licenses during the CrowdStrike outage earlier, and some people are stuck in a situation where they can't activate. Or, perhaps more likely, there is still a "phone home" that happens upon activation, and that's failing. Not sure.

I don't mind waiting another day or two for them to sort this out, but if there's an offline method, please share the details.

I try it with no luck.....

unlog from your account in Korg software pass restart it & choose offline registration. follow the step....

Ok i found a solution for the registration problem.
What i did :
Delete every licences on your computer
On my mac : /Users/Shared/KORG/2600 (deleted everything )
and /Users/{username}/Library/Application\ Support/KORG (deleted everything )
After that i registered the 2600 offline (had to logout and get the code on Korg website)
Register the software offline with the code provided by Korg (without the # at the end)
and it worked for me.

For those having authorization problems, there is a new version of KORG Software Pass (1.2.17) available with the problem fixed.

Has anyone else noticed that the Arp 2600 suffers from the same "denormals" issue that Wavestate did (which has since been fixed)? It's running at about 30-35% here when idle and on the INIT Performance, no FX.

I thought denormals went away with the Pentium 4 twenty plus years ago but this issue seems to mimic the problem.

If they fixed it in Wavestate I assume it can be fixed in the 2600 as well, it's just a matter of getting the report to support and having it recognized. I just put in a support request but the last two I submitted some time ago were never answered so I'm not too optimistic.

I did get the collection installed on Win 10 and everything is working fine. Only the 2600 has this issue so far. I'm afraid if support asks what OS I'm using they'll say Win 10 is not supported and then ignore the issue but I'm fairly sure this is not an OS issue.

Can someone else confirm the high CPU usage at idle? If someone on Win 11 can confirm that would be great.
