However, our first reply was returned with an error message from your server stating that our email was rejected.

We sent it from @premiersoundfactory.com

So we sent another reply on the same day from a different domain, @premier-engineering.jp.

The second reply did not return an error message, so we believe that our email was delivered safely.

Ideally, we would like you to contact your server administrator so that you can receive emails from @premiersoundfactory.com, and also check the records of emails received from @premier-engineering.jp.

Since we cannot provide individual information in this public forum, please reply to the email or let us know here when you are at least able to receive emails.

Also, the email address written above is different from the one we received, but in any case, is it okay to post it on a public forum?

This issue was resolved by correspondence with us via email.

Due to a change in the server specifications, the inquiry form on the website had been restricted from being accessed from overseas without our knowledge.
As a result, we in Japan were unaware of this, so we were grateful that you let us know.
