Rename pad gone

How does one rename a pad if rename pad has been removed? It's also gone from the Speedrum 2 PDF.

By clicking on the Pad name in the context menu, on the blue item (empty for a pad without a layer), it allows changing that value... the same as manually entering the value for the knob or midi note number for the active pad
