Unable to find ButterSynth in appstore

Sorry, that this might not be relevant to Cream, but I don't otherwise know how to send a message to the author of Buttersynth.

Basically I'm unable to find Buttersynth in my region and I was wondering if it's possible to make it available for my region? I'm in southeast Asia.
