Hi there,
I've installed Omnisphere + Keyscape on a brand new I7 14th gen PC on Win 11, optimized for audio (DAW: Cubase 13 PRO).

After opening the project, the beginning of the first sample (patch: C7 piano) is cut, in the sense that I cannot hear the very first transient.
After that, during listening everything works fine, and if I play the song from the beginning I can hear the initial missing transient.

However, if I freeze the track or export the mixdown, the first transient is missing again.
Has anybody experienced this behaviour and has some suggestions on how to solve it?

I've never heard of this. It could be some of the under-the-hood settings need tweaking I guess - click the System tab and try adjusting the pre-load memory size or stream brake https://support.spectrasonics.net/manua ... ming-index . Otherwise it feels like one for support to isolate. I've always found them very good.

Did you check if the note start is not before the grid? You can check from the event list.
Did you check if you can chase the notes?

Update: the dev team at Spectrasonics has detected a bug in the "Fender twin" effect that is causing my issue.
They've fixed it in Keyscape, now they're working on it in Omnisphere.
