Does anyone know if the presets on the quantum will work on the iridium

It says that it's compatible with the synth engine of the Quantum on Waldorf's product page, and they also sell soundsets for the Quantum/Iridium, so, I'm pretty sure the answer to your question is yes.

IIRC, the Quantum has an analog filter which the Iridium doesn't though, so, the presets probably will sound a bit different.

Yes. Iridium has a digital model of Quantum's analog filter.
