Good morning,
I activated Jura, Mini D, Complete Fabric, etc... on an Mpc X SE.
I sold the Mpc X SE.
I plan to take an Mpc Key 37.
I wanted to know, since I already installed the plugins on the Mpc X SE, I will be able to install them all again on the new Mpc Key 37?
Or is there only one possible activation per machine?
Thank you in advance for your answer.

See https://support.akaipro.com/en/support/ ... ne-desktop

So if you did log out, you should be able to reactivate them.Once you log in and activate a device (computer or MPC standalone hardware*), the plugins will remain activated until:
- They are deactivated manually from the device
- You log out of your account on that device

When I sold my Live II, I logged out, and was able to later install my plugins when I bought my MPC One. So, yes, it seems that the license is tied to your account, not the hardware.

Thanks a lot for your answers.
What do you mean by disconnected?
If understood correctly, I installed the plugins in my old Mpc X Se which was sold and installed the plugins on my PC.
As the Mpc X SE was sold with the different plugins, I cannot deactivate them.
So, I have already used two activations out of three if I understood correctly?
How can I uninstall the plugins on my PC to recover a license?
Since installing plugins on a computer counts as activation.
Thank you again for your answers.

Who used that word? Not me, not cryophonic.
Simple yes/no question: have you logged out of the old device before you handed it over to the next owner?
If you did log out, the licenses are available again.
If you did not: contact the new owner and kindly ask to log out and create an account of his own.
This is explained in the video within the FAQ article at time 3:30 and further.Trancer wrote: Thu Jul 25, 2024 10:35 pm How can I uninstall the plugins on my PC to recover a license?
Just run the software and click "deactivate"
