EQ with time scale

hi!does anybody knows what EQ plug has time scale setting on it?such like frequency fade in or fade out affect with process file.
ps:by using automation may works only in sequencer software,but unable in wave editor such like wavelab or soundforge.

Depending on your needs (a) the amount of time you need for your fades and b) the way you affect frequencies) a filter plugin could do the job. Some of them have an envelope to control the filter's attack, release and whatever times.

Just automate the frequency knob on a filter or EQ. Total control over how it sweeps then.

soundforge has automation now

I'd recommend working with a sequencer, for the automation alone. I used to use soundforge to treat 2-track material. Ever since I tried using SX for that I haven't gone back. I still use soundforge for the final touch though (trimming/cropping start and end of the song, muting silent parts that come out of the sequencer at like -70dB etc.), but SX'es automation is way more comfortable to me, and I can use VST plugins.
