What's good people!

Trying to design a bass that sounds like similar to the below for a project I'm working on. Does anyone have any pointers or ideas?

Feeling like a sine with a long delay, with some added harmonics / saturation and maybe a LPF? Its got some real punch to it as well which i'm unsure of. I'm working with Ableton live 10 + akai s950 / sp1200 outboard gear.

Peace!

i’m listening on horrible speakers, but i’m guessing you’re opposed to a sample based solution like a kontakt bass? if so, maybe look the physical modeling route- there’s plenty of ways to approach it including dedicated synths, but if you don’t have any of those, try running white noise through a low pass and a key tracked comb filter. preferably one you can draw your own envelope with which you’ll shape your impact point with the string. the speed of the envelope will be important obviously. throw a little saturation, reverb, maybe even a little chorus on it… hopefully that helps some how. again, i can’t hear the bass super well on these speakers so maybe im off here, so if i am i apologize

You could use FM synthesis but really, I reckon, just a double bass one shot will do that.
