Deja Vu... Just today I was literally reading through a very old random 6-op FM synth's changelog where an update brought exactly this feature for exactly this purpose. Seems like a cool feature!

Are we getting close to the point where you can look at accommodating high resolution monitor users? I'd love to be able to try this plugin out!

There's also people like me who use a 720p laptop (yes these are still being made even in 2024) where the plugin gets cut off at the bottom of the DAW at the 80% mark. If the UI is increased in size just for you, the plugin becomes unusable for some users too. It's not a simple thing. Scalable UIs are definitely a project in of itself. It's just something one must deal with, especially in a free product done in one's free time.

Ultimately it is his design and it'd be totally reasonable for it to remain static in size, to keep the code less complex. Plus, I am sure there are 4K monitor users who have managed to use it as it is just fine. So I find it hard to see it 'unusable until fixed' as you seem to suggest.

Having two or three skin size options wouldn't affect you negatively at all. Why would you even think that the developer would increase the size "just for me"? That's just silly.

The developer has already mentioned in this thread that he has intentions to allow multiple GUI sizes. So, let's let him speak for himself, shall we?

It is perfectly understandable that someone with a 720p laptop would find it "hard to see it 'unusable until fixed', because you have no idea what it is like to use a 14" 4k laptop screen to try to use a GUI that equates to the approximate size of a postage stamp.

Again..... I appreciate your concern, I really do! But again, let's let the developer speak for himself.

You already made your issue known in previous posts (more than once). Fin. You did your duty. Whether it is achievable or not, or when, is not your concern. Get over it. You are not some sort of project manager or shareholder to be reported to. I was merely trying to gently humble you into understanding that perhaps just maybe, there's a good reason why your desire hasn't been fulfilled in someone's passion project, that you paid nothing for, and that it is pointless and unreasonable to push the issue further, but your entitlement is clearly unwavering.

What do you expect him to say, "Oh yes my king, my greatest apologies, it will be implemented before this weeks end!".

In addition to per-oscillator unison, pan per oscillator (maybe as a hidden mod destination) would be great! And again, I hope that the MSEGs will be loopable.

I agree! Having them be loopable and allowing them to run extremely fast and extremely slow, and being very open with the destinations will allow them to be used for many purposes.

You can modulare the pitches of all 4 oscs individually.

The ratios are the individual pitches for each osc. They can be adressed individually. Never tried if one can modulate the phases. Not in the studio right now - so i can't check.
Btw, just in case - If you want the pitches/ratios to react to any modulation you have to switch on the ability for these parameters to be modulated. The small horizontal "s" buttons do that. That goes for all modulation targets where you can see these buttons.
