how to solve this? turn phase? 2 same samples on top

hi guys, so i cannot reproduce a few layers/sounds from my old mp3 exports, i dunno why, it seems that it was a specific version of old plugins together + old FL Studio but what i did is i extracted the sound as best as i could with spectralayers and it sound quite good. so layering these sounds with some background music/instruments of cours overlap in the same project. should i swap the phase so it wont get corusy?

don't do things in case something happens later, fix problems when they occur.

you complicate things by pre fixing things that may not occur. you may cause an issue elsewhere, that wouldn't have happened otherwise...

thanks vurt. scenario is this:
i have a track where i cannot recreate about 4-5 FX sounds (i did them with old omnisphere version + trash + MAUL) but when playing back it just sounds different, i also tried old plugin versions and DAW versions but i dunno why it is different so i want to move on, when i extracted/isolated them with spectralayers you can a bit hear when i overlap them at the SAME spot of the song (project) that it gets chorusy for 1-2 secs. cause i couldnt fully isolate them and you hear a bit the choir in the background so i thought to prevent it maye i can just stereo swap these isolated wavs or something?

so it is already happening? then yes, try phase reversal. this may help some.
without knowing the sounds, ie are they different frequency spectrum? can you not use eq to carve out the excess?
