This is great!
It is a feature and sound upgrade from my beloved TSE BOD. My new goto bass rig for sure.
Thank you.

We jumped the fence because it was a fence not be cause the grass was greener.

Hijacking this thread to again survey this audience to see if anyone has an envelope filter plugin that actually sounds good on bass.
Kudos on the (free) distortion plug! Granted I feel like that is the area of the bass effect market that is the most saturated... (see what I did there)

Was a SansAmp Bass Driver actually measured and modeled for this, or is it an “inspired by” loosely based type of plugin?
(Sounds good, btw)
THIS MUSIC HAS BEEN MIXED TO BE PLAYED LOUD SO TURN IT UP

As a bassist for almost 40 years - the best envelope filter plugin I've found for my uses is SoundToys FilterFreak 1&2. I've used enough analog pedals - MuTron III and clones like Ibanez/Maxon AF-9, several of the DOD FX-25s, Boss and Digitech digital filters - and FIlterFreak is the one plugin that responds to my realtime playing dynamics believably. I have technically "better" filters - Cytomics The Drop, the PSP stomp filter, ToneBoosters, UVI, that have their uses but don't respond the way I like for realtime bass playing.n8pee wrote: Wed Aug 14, 2024 2:16 am Hijacking this thread to again survey this audience to see if anyone has an envelope filter plugin that actually sounds good on bass.![]()

I like the Plug & Mix 'Moogy Filter'. You can usually get it for about £8 or so.n8pee wrote: Wed Aug 14, 2024 2:16 am Hijacking this thread to again survey this audience to see if anyone has an envelope filter plugin that actually sounds good on bass.![]()
