Hi, just wanted to ask if anyone else has had this issue and if there's a way to fix it? It's just really hard to EQ without being able to see the frequency graph.

This is what it looks like when I'm playing audio:

There's just nothing. The knobs do work, I just can't see the graph. The volumes are all more than high enough to appear.

Edit: after posting I realised the small "OFF" button... that worked, but I have no idea why it was "off" by default...

Thanks

If you look at the top right corner of the analyzer, you can see "IN", "OUT", "SC" and "OFF". That's the display selector. Right now it's on "OFF", so you would need to click on "IN" to see the incoming signal (or "OUT" if you want to see the outgoing signal).

Edit: Saw your edit  Yeah it's off by default, but you can right click on the preset dropdown to overwrite the default preset if you like it on by default.
Frequently changing DAW of choice...

Damn it was hard to spot.. I saw your comment and tried looking; thinking it was on the top settings bar (where it should be in my opinion)

No, because the top bar is global, whereas its current location is visually and logically tied to the graph area.

It seems like most new musicians compose/record/mix/master for pretty much everything except the ears...
