Congratulations to Jasinski and all the winners. Some really great tracks out of a very nice sounding synth.

Huge congrats Jas, but why couldn't you have left your comeback for one more month?
An excellent track tho, and a very well deserved win.
Congrats also to the rest of the bridesmaids in the top 5, brilliant stuff
Big thanks as always to Richard and BJ for the organisation and guidance, sterling job

Congratulations to the winners.
Finally, for me I got another top 10 equalling my best ever result which was my first even of 8th and also happened to be a Cherry Audio round. I do then wonder if I only ever will have a chance the next time we use one of their synths sometime next year?

Congratulations to Jasinki
...who made us all look like bloody amateurs! A very well deserved result!
But especially to neverbeeninariot, ChristopherWD and gethiox!!! You can see how close this really fantastic round really was by the tight score, all the way down to 10th place. A really, really strong round!
And then there were also candidates that I wouldn't have expected to be in the top 5, but that's another story. Thank you very much for that!!!
There were some participants for whom I would definitely have liked a higher score, but I suppose everyone has different standards. All in all, a very, very strong round with fantastic contributions! Superbly done!

I was 20th out of 22 my first time. It can be a bit subjective sometimes. But if you enter a bunch of times it averages out mostly. And it's good to see what some can manage with a given synth. Don't take the placings too serious.

First, the competition part of this is necessary for it to exist, but that's not the part that I (and many others I believe) take most seriously. So forget about that in general.
OSC is a chance to learn, hone your skills, get feedback from other people, and if you go to the discord, hang out with some of the nut-cases geniuses that put themselves through this every month -- aka a group of people who seriously know what they are doing with synths, are generally slightly odd, but very friendly. Again, more learning. You will also use a lot of synths that don't make any sense, have bugs to work around, are awesome, and are average -- but they are all different and some are great! Last, by participating it forces you to compose, arrange, record, mix and master a song every month -- that's good practice in general, regardless of what else you do with your music.
Scoring is like the wild west but more unpredictable. However, listening to the top scoring tracks is often like going to synth school, plus you get to talk to the artists.

Congratulations to Jasinski and the rest of the winners. This synth really brought out some unique tracks and was a lot of fun to listen to. Huge thank you to Richard and BJ for setting this up each month too - this is a great community!
If possible, could my prize be the Red Rock Sound BQ-A Equalizer? I've always been quite keen on the original EQ that the plugin is based on - it had some unusual curves.
