Waldorf Largo is a lot of fun. Nice and easily accessible modulators for the most common modulations directly in the respective sections of the synth, an elaborate mod matrix, and always a good sounding and inspiring result whenever I use it. Definitely my favorite in terms of operating and using it.
Arturia Pigments is also very easy and fun to use, but, it's not my favorite in terms of sound, so.

Falcon is pretty amazing if you want endless options and basically every type of synthesis you could want plus scripts to transform midi in all sorts of creative ways. Phase Plant is also a great option, possibly easier to use than Falcon but with less oscillator types and none of the midi stuff.
If you're looking at hardware, Arturia Microfreak is pretty incredible for the price. Sounds a bit thin and has some limitations that may frustrate but pretty fun and accessible nonetheless.

Phaseplant is very good, it can be as simple or as complicated as you want.
It was tough to lose Alchemy but Phase Plant is starting to fill that void.

Although I've only been using it for 2 weeks or so, don't sleep on VPS Avenger. This is possibly more powerful and comprehensive than PhasePlant, and close to Falcons breadth. In many ways, with the audio rate mods and FM, Avenger possibly defeats Falcon, and is definitely simpler to use.
That said, a synth doesn't need to be multitimbral or complex to do great sound design with. Hive2 is a basic subtractive wavetable synth but can create really broad soundscapes. Huge power there.

I pretty much only get synths I like to program. That said, I recently picked up Generate and Massive X and have been having a lot of fun with those (my flavor of the month I suppose).
Generate has been a lot of fun because of how fast and easy it is to program (something to be said for simple synths). It also allows for a lot of happy accidents -- design a patch, assign modulation, etc, then flick through the oscillator/wavefolder algorithms for instant variations, then do the same with Sync toggled. Find a number of good combinations? Write it in the patch notes.
Massive X is also easy to program, but its number of options and open-ended signal flow do slow things down comparatively. Plenty of room for happy accidents similar to Generate, but you have to be a more intentional with the components you select and wire together. Amazing sound.

I love Zebra 2 for the sound design and also Massive. I still don't bought Massive X.. I love the old massive. But does X is good for you?

Yeah, big fan of the u-he synths. Bazille is special, and Zebra2/ZebraHZ is always in my rotation; it's a synth that grows with you -- you get better at synths, you unlock another tier of appreciation for what it brings to the table. I also use Hive2 and Diva.
I have barely touched the original Massive, so for now I don't have much I can say about it (I got both Massive and Massive X just recently when I finally got Komplete). As for Massive X, I have invested time into it, and it really is a fantastic synth. Extreme diversity in the sounds you can get out of it, great sound quality. If you take your time to study it in depth, you'll be rewarded.
