PD Space Guitar Synthesizer is on introduction sale, 50% off until september 1st!
Add new inspirational sounds to your guitar via this killer plugin for macos/windows/ios.
Unique sounds, endless versatility: pitchshifting, harmonising, polyphonic waveshaping, reverb IR, cabin IR, modulation etc etc.
The list of possiblities is actually totally TL;DR; so I tried to make a short mashup of a few demos I made.
You can download the macos/windos plugin from my website and try for yourself: hundreds of example presets come with it. The demo mode is full functional, with just a popup every 5 minutes.
Get the plugin from:

Ofcourse I am here to answer any question/suggestion. this Is my first macos/windows release, so I am a bit excited ;)
Wishing you the best of inspiration!
Best,
Paul Driessen

This intrigues me, but I'm unable to get Reaper to recognize it.
There's no windows installer, and afaict, no instructions.
Has anyone got this running on windows?

It seems I forgot to mention where to put the vst3 folder , I'll update the info on the site, thanks for noting this..
In short;
Unzip the folder and place the resulting "PD Space Guitar.vst3" folder inside
c:/ Program Files/ Common files / vst3

Here you see SG running in Reaper on windows

This looks real cool. I'll be getting it for my son who's a competent guitarist unlike myself.

Sorry about the backhanded compliment but this is a whole lot better than I thought it would be.

Extremely flexible and works really well.

It would be nice to have the manual as a PDF instead of forum posts but other than that it's a fantastic plugin.

nice to hear, thanks!
The app is now kind of finished, and I will followup with more in depth help, I hope to get to a nice PDF format soon.
There is a whole level of tips and tricks that I need to show: BPM, the LFO handling, all the different hold/decay styles etc etc.. These will be covered in youtube vids, I'll soon have more time for it.

Thanks for the support!
Like said above: I'll be making more tutorial/manual kind of stuff soon.
In the mean time you can also check out my youtube channel, I make presets in my sparetime, and I share them for my users to copy and learn from.
I just uploaded one:

What does the "focus" switch do?

Also what does the "preserve" knob do?

I couldn't find either in the manual.

Is preserve sustain since sustain is mentioned and in the manual but it's not in the shaper.

thanks for the feedback!
-FOCUS makes the tone darker, focused on the root note. It is for getting the low notes darker.
-PRESERVE is for the shifter to preserve the original spectral shape, it is a simple "formant preserve" function. So if you shift down an octave, with hx off, preserve will make it brighter
-"SUSTAIN" didn't make it through the dev period, I'll remove the reference to it.

This is awesome. Bought. The Organon Pad preset is lovely.

Small cultural aside : french people may find this product name funny, or offensive, or even weird as s#it.

PD in french is the short form of a very, very, very offensive and dirty word to homosexual people, and the most common one. On Facebook you’re 100% sure you’ll get a permanent ban for using it, may it be a joke or a South Park quote. :D
This might be one of the worst top 5 words you could say to a french man actually, will get you into trouble for sure.

And yeah, we see it everywhere in synths for pads names.

Yeah, I’ve seen this is because of the developer’s name here. Coincidence.

We’re used to it now.

And after all, the (quite) absolute opposite happened with Arturia Pigments. Everyone here saw the word "pig" first, when french people use the word "pigments" since they’re born when talking about clothes colours, painting, and make-up for example.

Isn’t that what you call cigarettes?

 for sure no cigarettes involved here. The word is exactly the same.

PD for any french people reads "payday" (approx.), aka "fa¿¿ot"... :scared:

So yes, the word "payday" shows the same problem to us... sounds weird... how would you react to a french -movie- named Fatass ? :D

Great! Can be used on other instruments and voice also, especially after exploring the parameters.
