Could you try logging in with NI Native Access on Windows 7?

If you have Windows 7, and the latest version (version 211108) of NI Native Access that's compatible with Win 7, could you try logging into it? I'm having troubles doing this on my Win 7 machine and am trying to diagnose the problem. (I contacted NI support, and although the support was actually pretty good, we didn't resolve the issue.) I wonder if it's some configuration issue on my machine.

Since yesterday for me, it hasn't worked.
There's been a good thread about this issue at VI Control where a workaround (by Midi-man 007 halfway down page 2 of that thread) solved the problem from roughly the end of July until now (in my experience).
https://vi-control.net/community/thread ... 058/page-2
As such, if anyone here is able to download the security certificate referred to by Midi-man 007 in his workaround solution, and then to install it and avoid being asked to enter a password (unknown), that workaround should work for you still.
Annoyingly for me, I can't get the security certificate to install without the password screen obstructing me.
(Also, if you are able to get a non-password protected security certificate from that webpage, please upload it here!)
ps, I should add that running Kontakt in my DAW on my Win7 PC still works, even though Native Access currently gets stuck in that 'update' error loading page on my Win7 PC.
(and also, things are going 'okay' with Native Access 2 on my Win10 PC for now...).
But it's a tad annoying to have Native Access (1) now having this problem on my Win7 PC, as it means that I can't 'add serials' for any new Kontakt libraries etc that would normally work fine within Native Access (1) on my Win7 PC.

Hey, just wanted to let you know that there's an additional post at the end of the thread you linked to which shows how to get around the certificate password issue. It all worked for me, and I was able to log into Native Access and authorize my libraries (as well as authorize Physical Audio's Preparation 2 which was hung up on the same issue).
Thanks again!

Brilliant - thanks Joe.
(And I wouldn't have been able to make sense of the 'root certificate' part of the instructions if Patrick hadn't sent those excellent screenshots in his VI post).
